I charge a flat rate of £xxx +VAT for the Good-to-go package, assuming there are no significant changes between what we we agree at the start, and what you'd like me to deliver by the end.

That agreement will include a timeline for the work, a list of all the outcomes to be delivered to you, and a plan for the rounds of feedback we'll have on the way, so that you can be involved at every step.
